The [Productivity Tips and Tricks in Microsoft Word – Online] course was well laid out with excellent course materials.  The presenter made every effort to ensure that his descriptions and  comments were clear.  We were not rushed while we were practising various procedures.

[The Instructor was] Easy to understand and follow along with. He didn’t race along, kept the pace appropriate for the 2 hour length and made it easier to follow along and work through the practices. Much better than those with just a speaker talking on topic.
