The [Productivity Tips and Tricks in Microsoft Word – Online] course was well laid out with excellent course materials.  The presenter made every effort to ensure that his descriptions and  comments were clear.  We were not rushed while we were practising various procedures.

[VBA for the Non-programmer online live workshop] The material covered in each session 1 – 4 was just the right amount of information. The Excel exercises were very well developed. There were a number of tasks so that slower students like myself can spend more time on Task 1 and faster students can do Task 2, Task 3, Task 4, and sometimes an Advanced Task. The VBA Syntax needs to show each part of the statement more clearly. I think if the formating was done differently, the VBA Syntax will stand out clearer on the page. Maybe put a box around the VBA Syntax.

[The session on] ” Presenting a technical concept to an executive team” – Key concepts in persuasive communication, with examples and activities – was most exemplary, insightful and helpful to the audience of approximately 100 final year students, many of whom have had relevant work experiences at major corporations through our 12-16 month industrial internship program.
